The complimentary dinner was the highlight for me. Its quality and presentation could have come from a fine dining restaurant, and made the stay feel worth every penny. We also got free public transport around South Tyrol and cable car passes to Kronplatz through the local council and Alpinhotel. Without those passes, we probably wouldn't have visited or even considered Kronplatz. The drive in was breathtaking, and the outdoor pool had beautiful mountain views, a lovely spot to unwind after exploring. The staff were accommodating and helped make our first hotel stop in the Dolomites smooth. I felt a little uneasy when we asked for welcome drinks at the bar, as it seemed the barista might have made a negative comment. Apart from that moment, the service was impeccable.

The breakfast was lovely, and it’s clear this family hotel knows what it’s doing after seven generations. The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean. The infinity pool and different saunas were great, and everything was included in the price.

We stayed under the name opoku in room 209, which was beautifully decorated, with lovely colors, a fresh fragrance, and great cleanliness. The view was perfect too. The kitchen team are real professionals and the food was good. The staff were professional and kept doing what they could to meet our needs. Words don't really cover how amazing this hotel was. I recommend it to everyone, absolutely. Thanks so much, Alpine keil hotel.

For a ski trip, the location was ideal: the ski bus stops right outside and takes about five minutes to reach the slopes. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and great to deal with. We had excellent service and felt very well looked after. Thanks for the hospitality, I hope to see you again.

The rooms were good, and the pool and gym were fine, but the hotel makes you use its food service. It was very slow, and there wasn't much to eat. After hiking all day, I was still hungry when dinner was over. There's also little choice if you don't eat red meat, just a vegetarian option. The tea station closing at 7pm was the most ridiculous part. After that, you have to pay for hot water and a tea bag. There's no tea or coffee setup in the room, so that's the only option.
