I booked this place for clients, and they arrived to find a disgusting mess: dirty dishes and utensils, crumbs across the floor, food left in the fridge, broken appliances, bed bugs, and fecal matter on the bidet. When I raised it as their agent, Roberto (property maintenance) basically accused my clients of lying and staging the pictures. Eshel, the property owner, didn't respond to me or to the supplier I booked through. The service was poor, and they wouldn't take responsibility for a horribly dirty place. They were rude too. Do not stay here. Pictures below!

Awful. The sheets had stains and hair, the air conditioning didn't work, and the shower had no pressure. We asked for cleaning when we arrived because of the condition of the place, but were told it only gets cleaned once before arrival and once after departure. Porto Venere has plenty of good hotels and apartments, and I'd recommend any of them over this one. Be careful if you book here.
