For a good price, we got a fully equipped one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment right in the heart of Positano. It had sea views and stunning views of town, and we felt lucky to have such a nice space and value. The decor and furnishings are dated in a classic style, which adds to the Amalfi coast charm. We could walk easily to most points of interest. The host met us at a store near La Mammola, then escorted us to the property while a porter carried our bags to the top floor. The host pointed out a nearby place to buy groceries. There was a washing machine, plus clothes pins and drying racks, and we dried our clothes in the sun on the roof right outside the apartment entrance. We couldn't get a consistent satellite signal for the TV, but who cares when you're in Positano?

The location is superb, close to the main town and convenient for going back and forth to the beach and meals. Mamma Tina was friendly and hospitable, and made us feel very comfortable in her home. The en suite shower area was a little small and had a slight leak.

After a flight and two train rides, I really didn't want to take a ferry or bus for the long trip down to Positano. I hadn't heard great things about the bus, so I found this car service on trip advisor and was glad to have it. We emailed them our plans and arranged pickup at the Naples train station, then a ride straight to our hotel in Positano, about an hour and a half away. We'd booked the service before our AirBnB. They were friendly and easy to reach, and kept in touch about our arrival time and where we were staying. Our driver, Antonio, was waiting as we got off the train, holding a sign with our names, and loaded our bags into the car. He was kind and informative, pointing out fruit trees and great viewpoints as he safely drove us along the winding roads. They also picked us up at 4 am on our last day and took us to Naples airport. Having that ride meant we didn't have to change the rest of our travel plans. The service and people were so good. Thanks so much. I'd highly recommend this way of getting around.

We first used them for a ride from Naples to Positano, and everything went smoothly: the car was clean, had water waiting, and arrived on time. The driver, the owner's brother, was friendly and full of useful information. A few days later I emailed Giovanna at 11am to see if they could take us from Pompeii to Positano that afternoon. She arranged it, and her husband picked us up in another lovely car. We’ll use them again for our trip to Salerno. It’s a family business run by a husband and wife, easy to book, punctual, and competitively priced. They were born and raised in Positano and were great sources of information. I can’t recommend them enough.

The owner was really friendly, and renting a scooter here was the best scooter rental experience I’ve had. We hired one for a day for €70, which is the usual price on the Amalfi Coast. They also rent cars.
