Franchesca’s local restaurant suggestions were great, and her tips saved us a small fortune. The residence is lovely, with classic Italian tiles, comfortable beds, a good shower, and soft white towels. The balcony view was amazing. It’s a hike up the road, though that seems to be true everywhere in Positano. We really enjoyed our stay and would return and recommend it. Good VF£ too.

We loved staying a little outside the heart of town, where the road out front was quieter. It was still only about a 10-15 minute walk down to the main beach and shops, with lots of lovely shops, restaurants, and cafes along the way. The huge shared balcony was an incredible place to start the day, with views that are hard to describe. For our honeymoon, the room was perfect: spacious, clean, cool, and with a gorgeous bathroom. Francesca was the loveliest host, always there when we needed something, full of useful advice, and so sweet to talk with. We couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Nothing beats the stunning view at Casa Maresca. Franchesca was so warm, and the whole place was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend it.

Our room and its view of Positano were fantastic, and we loved relaxing on the balcony and terrace. Having reserved parking made everything so convenient. The Italian/British family who run Case Maresca brought a warm, personal touch to our stay. We were thoroughly impressed and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone exploring this magical coastal town. We stayed here in September 2024 and knew the location was a little far, with quite a lot of walking. There were great restaurants nearby, and the residence facilities were good. The bedroom was clean, and the lady owner kindly let us leave our luggage with her and arranged with the porter to take it to the ferry. I’d recommend eating at hotel pupetto restaurant, the food was amazing.
