Hotel Royal Prisco

Maria made our stay special, even with little notice. She arranged two cakes for my boyfriend’s birthday and had the room decorated, which became a highlight of our trip. The balcony view was spectacular, and breakfast was lovely. We wished we’d stayed longer and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Positano.

A pot of tea at 1 a.m. from the kind elderly gentleman on the night shift is something I won’t forget. I’m grateful for that thoughtful gesture, and for the kindness and attentiveness of Maria and Michelangelo throughout our stay. They made everything easy and pleasant, always with a smile. I’ve never met hotel staff so genuinely helpful and kind in all my travels. Hotel Royal Prisco is beautiful, clean, and charming, and the terrace of our room had a breathtaking view. Waking up to that panorama each morning felt like a dream. From the first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for like family. The team made our time in Positano special, and the hotel is ideally located as well. Thank you for making me feel at home. I’ll always remember your warmth and generosity, and hope to return someday.

The staff made our week as good as it could be. Both Maria’s were so kind and helped us get everything we needed, and they suggested activities that became some of our favorite memories from the trip. The rooms were clean, with a beautiful balcony view, and the made to order breakfast each day was great. We’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Positano. It’s well placed for the things we wanted to do and see, about an 8-10 minute walk from the beaches and close to restaurants both uphill and downhill.

Vincenzo was especially great. He’s a local and gave us lots of useful advice and activity suggestions. The room was larger than we’d expected from the online photos, with a spacious balcony, and the hotel was super clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I don’t think we could have picked a better place.
