Katia was so attentive throughout our stay. When our train from Rome to Naples was delayed by an hour, we thought we'd miss the ferry we'd already booked to Positano. She quickly arranged a car to pick us up at Naples train station. She also advised us on getting to the beach club, suggested restaurants, and arranged porters to take our bags back to the ferry when we left. At first I was disappointed because I hadn't realized how small the property was. Now I see that the smaller size meant more attention from the staff. The location was great, breakfast was good, and our spacious, clean, beautiful room made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Katia kept in touch the whole time and was the best person we dealt with on our travels. She made everything easy from the moment we arrived. Our room was amazing and clean, the view was spectacular, and breakfast was delicious. A perfect stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Positano.

The yellow suite worked perfectly for our family of four, with two rooms: one with two single beds and the other with a queen bed. Breakfast was brought to us on the balcony each day, which felt magical, and the balcony view was stunning. The photos really don't do it justice. Katia was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make our stay special. This little boutique hotel has just two rooms and has recently been renovated. Its location is ideal, just outside the very busy town centre, but not too high up. The main attraction and beach are only a 10 minute walk away. 100% recommended ❤️🌅

Katia went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was such a memorable, comfortable stay, and we'll definitely come back. Don't hesitate to book if you're lucky enough to find it available for your dates. The city centre is also very close, with an easy walk there and back. 100/10!

We really enjoyed being a little outside the centre, since it made things much quieter, while still being close to great restaurants and about a 15 minute walk from the main square. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a balcony and beautiful coastal views. Katya was a brilliant host and gave us helpful suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast was included and high quality. Imperati Suites was an amazing place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it.
