The shared spaces make it easy to eat and relax outdoors, and there’s a barbecue too. We stayed here as a family and found the apartment clean and comfortable. Its position gives you a quiet break in the Marche countryside while keeping the area's best-known coastal and inland spots close by. The owner was attentive and gracious, always available when we needed something, and his tips on local sights, culture, and food were invaluable. We’d gladly recommend staying here.

Leopoldo was welcoming and always happy to help or point us in the right direction. We’d definitely come back. The apartment is in a new building and was comfortable and clean, with a vineyard view from the room that made it easy to unwind. It’s well placed for both the coast and visits to the villages inland, and handy for the popular destinations around Conero.

Check-in was flexible, and the owner was very helpful. We had plenty of room in the apartment, with a double bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen that also had a sofa bed. There was air conditioning and mosquito netting. It’s a lovely farmhouse among the sunflowers, and good value for the price.

Leopoldo was genuinely kind, courteous, and professional. We’ve just wrapped up a week here in a recently renovated farmhouse. It’s peaceful but still convenient for getting to the beaches and historic villages. The apartment was functional and clean, and stayed cool even in the heat.

About 3 km from Porto Recanati, this clean and welcoming countryside place was just right for anyone looking for some peace and quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. I’d definitely recommend it.
