Costa Verde Camping Village

The people staying there were kind, and the camping itself felt calm and family-run. The staff and managers were very nice, and we even got a little gift when we left. My family member and I had a fairly good holiday overall, and the bungalow and caravan spots seemed well planned. The bungalow positions were good too. There were several things that need more attention, though. Our bungalow had quite a lot of dirt and dust come up as soon as I swept. Some of the fittings could use replacing or more care, including the handles on doors, windows, taps, shower head and fridge. That would make the bungalow feel more valuable. For the same price last year, I stayed in a bungalow in Tuscany near the sea that was completely free of dirt and dust and very well cared for, so Costa Verde should pay more attention to these things. The water also needs looking at. In our shower, the hot water kept coming and going, and I had to keep turning the tap off and on to get it warm. The bathroom sink only had cold water. The bathroom window is frosted, which is fine for some privacy, but you can still see the shape of a naked body through it. I would have added a curtain for more privacy, and especially to block the sun coming in. I only saw the pool and didn't get to use it, since there was a lot to visit in the area, including different places and villages. I did notice there didn't seem to be many loungers for all the guests, and wondered whether people had to take turns or whether more were added when the pool got busy. There is a small bar by the pool, but the drink prices aren't displayed. You have to ask the person running it, even though prices should legally be visible. In general, a few things need closer attention. I'm also leaving photos to show what I've written.
