We had a lovely view of Potenza from our terrace, and the room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was always set up nicely, and the breakfast itself was good. Rocco met us, walked us to the parking and then to our room at 85Centro, and was very kind and accommodating. He communicated well despite speaking only a little English. The parking worked well for us, and a staircase a few minutes away made it easy to get to the center. We really recommend staying here.

There's a kitchen, and the staff are very nice. It's a modern, really nice place, super close to the center. Awesome spot!

Mr. Rocco welcomed us warmly and gave us great advice. The room was clean and had every comfort, while the private parking was especially convenient. The B&B is ideally located for visiting Potenza's historic center.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and respectful, and the room was clean and welcoming. It's well placed for getting around, and the amenities were useful, right down to a hairdryer with a diffuser. Breakfast was generous, and the mini-fridge with an icebox came in handy. Private parking too. Excellent, I'd definitely stay again. 1000 points from me ♡

The owner and staff were very helpful, and free private parking is available in the building's shared area. This is a very nice B&B with two rooms and breakfast included, just steps from Potenza's historic center. The entrance is at ground level, while the rooms look out over the newer part of the city. They're cozy, quiet, very clean, and furnished with new, well-kept pieces. Wi-Fi is available, and breakfast is Italian-style.
