The owner's intrusiveness and disregard for privacy were unacceptable. I think he was the owner. He called twice a day with dozens of recommendations, then contacted me early in the afternoon the day before checkout while I was resting, asking me to leave my room to PAY, in cash, of course, with no kind of receipt. The location, facility, and "breakfast" were things I could put up with, if you can even call it that. The whole situation felt very sketchy, and the "services" were superficial, just basic.

I've been coming here for work in Potenza for years. It's modern, well-maintained, and very clean, with breakfast brought to your room and everything you need. The reception area has a handy coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Parking is ample, behind a gate that opens with a remote. The owners are really kind and courteous.

I was glad to come back and find the same wonderful welcome from the owners. They pay real attention to their guests. The property looks great and is very clean, and the rooms and fully equipped bathrooms are well kept and work well for short stays.

Andrea and Carmela Ragusa. We stayed here from September 30, 2018, to October 8, 2018. It's surrounded by greenery, but only a five-minute walk from the city center, and there's free private parking. The rooms were spotless, had every comfort, and came with free Wi-Fi. Mr. Nicola and Mrs. Annamaria were incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly. After ten minutes with them, it felt like we'd been friends for thirty years. Simply exceptional, a perfect score.

The staff were extremely kind and professional, and the property felt like a peaceful, relaxing oasis surrounded by greenery, conveniently close to the city. The rooms have all the comforts, and it's a charming place. Highly recommended!
