It's a beautiful new place, decorated with care and kept clean. Francesca, the owner, is incredibly kind and always available if anything's needed. The location is excellent, and the snack corner and gym are amenities you don't find everywhere. I'll definitely return.

With the property right at the edge of the historic center, we could leave the car behind and enjoy the city on foot. The manager welcomed us right away and made us feel looked after. Our spacious, clean room was nicely furnished, and we appreciated the fresh towels and room cleaning on the second day. Breakfast at a nearby café was just right, with plenty to choose from.

Right in the heart of Potenza, this place is a real gem. The rooms are refined but understated, and everything was exceptionally clean. The welcome and courtesy felt truly special. Highly recommend it!

The mattresses and pillows were superb, so we slept really well. The place is gorgeous, thoughtfully furnished, and spotlessly clean. It's central too, with a gym and a relaxation area. We'll definitely be back. Ilaria
