It’s right in the city center, in a very old stone house. That keeps it cool, but also makes it dark. The place could use better equipment.

We’re two young people who suddenly found ourselves needing a place to stay in central Potenza. The manager was super helpful, even with our delays, and we couldn’t have asked for better. The apartment is right in the center, minimal but impeccable, modern, clean, and very functional. Highly recommended.

The owner was kind, and everything was impeccable. The studio apartment is clean, modern, and laid out in a practical way. The location is excellent too, just turn the corner and you’re in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it.
