The rooms were very clean despite there being lots of animals, and the hotel is pet friendly. The food was good, the two ladies serving in the restaurant were wonderful, and there's a small spa with very good saunas. Very good value for the price.

The owners were quick to accommodate our many special requests, even with our big group's different dietary needs, dates, and lengths of stay. We were very grateful for their flexibility. There were eight of us, including a toddler, and our dog, staying at Alpine Touring Hotel for our January 2024 winter holiday. It's welcoming to people and animals, and the staff are kind and helpful. The location works well for skiing. Rosengarten is just a five-minute drive away, or you can walk there. I walked once on a sunny day and it took about 25 minutes. Moena and Carezza are around a 15-minute drive away. Young kids won't be bored, thanks to a big downstairs playroom full of toys and children's books. My two-year-old nephew had a great time there. The cozy common area has a fireplace and lots of delicious drinks at the bar. There's also a pleasant wellness centre with three saunas and a jacuzzi.
