The staff were wonderful, efficient and really friendly, and did everything they could to make our stay great. They speak Italian and German, while I speak English, but we found ways to communicate easily. The Hotel Mary is well placed, with a short walk to almost anything you might need or want, including the nearby "ski bus" stop. We really enjoyed our seven-night ski trip. If I’m ever back in Pera, Hotel Mary will be at the top of my list for a "home away from home". Thanks to them!

The rooms are a little small, but functional, and the bathrooms are excellent. The property is really comfortable, and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are both excellent, with something traditional always included, which I really appreciated.

I called about booking a four-bed room for a week at the end of August. It was available, but they refused the booking because the full-board discounts for my two small children meant they couldn’t maximize the room’s full-board price. Miserable people.

The food was truly excellent. We stayed five nights and were very happy with the service, how clean the room was, and the staff’s kindness and courtesy.

Dinner went beyond what we expected, with excellent desserts and prompt service. Breakfast was plentiful, with both sweet and savory choices. The owner was welcoming and always available. The room was cosy and always clean, though perhaps a little small for three people. We had a wonderful time and will return. Thanks to the owner.
