I’m sharing this to warn other women traveling alone: if you’re thinking of booking here, don’t. The owner made me deeply uncomfortable. He accepted my reservation through hotels.com even though he had intentionally overbooked, then sent me a WhatsApp message saying there was a problem with my booking and he would fix it. He wouldn’t explain what the problem was. When I arrived two days later, he immediately commented on me traveling alone and on my car, and asked personal questions. Then he said the hotel was overbooked and offered either another hotel for one night before I came back, or his private apartment. I asked why he hadn’t simply told me about the overbooking so I could cancel and book somewhere else. He said hotels.com wouldn’t let me cancel. I was so flustered and uncomfortable that I didn’t argue, but obviously they would have let me. I chose the other hotel. I was not going to stay in his apartment. Around midnight, he messaged to say I should have stayed there and that I “would’ve loved it.” I told him plainly I wasn’t interested in staying somewhere with someone I didn’t know. He became extremely rude, said I was no longer invited to the breakfast and lunch they had offered because of the overbooking, and said I’d have to check out of my hotel and wait until 3pm because he couldn’t kick someone out just because I needed a room. I hadn’t asked him to do that. The whole interaction was bizarre. I blocked his WhatsApp right away, and my mom called hotels.com from the US. They cancelled the reservation, refunded me, and booked another place for me at no cost.

The staff speak English, and there’s Forst beer with tapas. It’s right by the cable car lifts.

The room was clean, the staff were good, and the ski lift is just 20 meters away. Breakfast was great too. On the downside, it was noisy and there was a bad smell.

Amazing staff at this great B&B, right by the lift for heading out to the slopes.

Friendly little cafe restaurant with fair prices. We'd recommend the burgers.
