We stayed at Hotel Montana for a week in March 2017, and it looked much better in person than in the photos. It’s a very clean, quiet place with a great base for a winter holiday, close to Sella Ronda and other ski resorts. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was new, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was modest, but dinner was excellent, with a first course, second course, and dessert. I suspect they have a very good chef. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The inside of Hotel Montana feels a little dated, but it was all nice and clean. The internet worked well, and breakfast was good quality.

We spent eight days here and came away very pleased. The hotel is welcoming and clean all around, and the rooms are spacious. There’s a garden to relax in, plus a wellness area with a sauna and Turkish bath. You need to reserve those, though I didn’t use them. Some rooms face the street, but I didn’t find it especially noisy. The owners and staff really stood out for their helpfulness, whether in the dining room or on the floors. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh homemade pastries, and dinner was good too. The rooms and shared areas were clean. It’s outside the town center, but you can walk there in 10-15 minutes. The position is handy for reaching the spa and facilities.
