The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. The location is exceptional, with the bus and chairlift just a few meters away. The rooms are acceptable, but the bathroom is really too small.

The staff deserve a special mention. They're always attentive and helpful, ready to meet any need and make you feel at home. The hotel is always clean, with nothing out of place. The food is good, and you get plenty of it. The restaurant feels welcoming and has typical local dishes, but you can switch to classic options if you don't like what's on the menu. There's also a very large, well-equipped bar. The hotel itself is very nice, though the bathroom is very small and unfortunately has no bidet. The room is generally sized for the area. Congratulations.

The garden is a lovely spot, with loungers and a wide view of the Dolomites, and the bar has a good selection of drinks, though service at the counter can take a while. Meals are generous and well prepared, and breakfast has what you need to get the day started. The hotel is tidy and well run. Some rooms are on the small side, and some bathrooms have no window, but the furnishings and linens were all very clean. Prices are reasonable and you can pay by card. I came away with a very positive impression, despite a few little, very human shortcomings.

There's parking at the hotel, and although there's no hairdryer in the bathroom, reception can lend you one if you ask. It may suit a short break best, but I'd still consider it. It's a two-star place with the courtesy and helpfulness of a four-star, and sits in a handy spot for getting around the valley.
