10/10
The beauty farm was a lovely, relaxing treat, and breakfast was delicious every day. Everyone on staff was kind, helpful, and flexible. They even got us out of a couple of predicaments we hadn’t seen coming, including the public transport strike and a service interruption due to earthquake damage on the line. They also put us in touch with great restaurants and tour guides. A lovely place to stay.

The breakfast had plenty of good quality options and was served with warmth. But the staff really stood out: every person we met was welcoming, professional, kind, and quick to help or offer advice. Signor Pepe at reception deserves a special mention. His English is perfect, he’s very funny, and he was incredibly helpful. I’d gladly stay at Villa Luisa again.

I loved the spa, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good too. The noise is the downside: when they vacuum, it comes loudly through one of the power sockets into your room.

A sweet little hotel with a lovely breakfast. The real five-star part, though, is the staff. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and so helpful. The best staff in Italy!

The staff were lovely, but the rooms are small and need refurbishing. The bathrooms are very old-fashioned and really need a complete overhaul.
