Valerio at reception was incredibly kind and accommodating. Great service, a clean room with an excellent view, and easy access to the beautiful area of Pozzouli.

The cleaning staff member was amazing. She didn't speak English, but did everything we asked, changed the towels every day, and made the bed daily. Best worker award! There were two TVs in the room, but no AirPlay, and also two AC units that kept the temperature amazing. The wifi was basically unusable, and there was barely any phone signal, so don't expect to watch Netflix. When we arrived, there was no receptionist. We waited 15 minutes with no answer to our calls or the bell before she eventually showed up.

It's a cute residence, and everything else was in good working order and well kept. The location is fairly close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, a cafe, and central Pozzuoli. I had a very nice stay overall. One disappointment: I asked for a rack to hang clothes on the balcony, and they said they'd provide one, but it never arrived. They also didn't replace the toilet paper when it ran out.

We asked for a bedroom with two beds and ended up with two bedrooms, each with double beds, plus a kitchen and balcony. That was great! The service was straightforward and respectful, and all the basic services were available. The wifi was patchy in some rooms, though, and getting to the location was a bit of a hassle.

The views are great and the beds are fine. It's not completely quiet, but a pair of earplugs should take care of it.
