We stopped in on our way back from the trails for a drink and a bite to eat, and found out they serve dinner too. We’ll definitely come back for that. It was our first time in Val Troncea, and this family run rifugio is right where the hiking trails begin. Our dog also hit it off with theirs, so he’ll be keen to return as well.

A great place to unwind and enjoy the quiet of the mountain scenery. The lodging is excellent, and they take wonderful care of you with local food and drinks. Just excellent.
