The staff were so kind and ready to help with anything, and Elisa was impeccable. The room always smelled fresh and clean, and I found the emotional shower, which also works as a Turkish bath, really relaxing. The property itself is beautiful, new, well cared for, and right in the center, only steps from the main street and the sea. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and renting one of their e-bikes was very useful.

The beach is only a few meters away, with the tree-lined main avenue and its shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. Once you've parked, you can get around on foot, and there's convenient parking at the property. We came back for our second year because we loved it straight away. In the oldest part of Praja, it's a new, high-tech house in a building about a century old. The rooms are bright, spacious, spotless, and very quiet. The hosts are especially kind and helpful. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh fruit, tasty pastries, and hot drinks, including options for vegans. Such a lovely vacation!

The girls on staff were the best part of this lovely place, always kind, helpful, and ready to take care of whatever we needed. The rooms were modern and had every comfort, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It's also just a short walk to the center and the sea. Everything was perfect!

The property feels very welcoming and is well placed near Praia's main street, with parking spaces too. Breakfast was really good, served with lots of energy and cheer. I'd recommend it 👍
