Hotel Blu Eden

The hotel is closed. We booked through Booking dot com and arrived after check-in time, but the place was locked up and the car park was empty. Avoid it.

Great.

The staff were warm and professional, and the hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The ocean view is beautiful, and the location on the main road is handy, close to both the town center and the beach. The bathroom was very comfortable. The mattresses could be improved, but that's the only major thing I'd change. I'd come back.

We spent July 20th to 24th at this hotel with our two dogs, one medium-sized and one small. The panoramic sea view from our room's lovely terrace was beautiful, and the position was peaceful, though you'll need a car to get to the sea. Our dogs were warmly welcomed, and the room even had bowls and dog crates. They couldn't go into the breakfast room, but we were offered breakfast in the room instead, with a good variety and quality products. The hotel and rooms were clean and well maintained, with Wi-Fi, minibar, TV, air conditioning, and the other necessary amenities. There's also a lovely pool among the greenery. The friendly, helpful staff gave us great advice, including a partner beach club, Peter Pan, which welcomed our dogs, and Radici di Calabria, a wonderful restaurant in the hills of Aieta. If we return to Praia a Mare, we'd choose this hotel again. I recommend it for the cleanliness, kindness, professionalism, views, and care for the environment and animals.
