The apartment was comfortable and had a nice terrace. Good location, and the owners were great.

The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach, and the place itself is beautiful. Mr. Vittorio is also very kind. But the noise started at 9:00 AM and went on all morning, with no way to get away from it. The service was appalling, the worst treatment I’ve ever had. There wasn’t even dish soap in the room.

The place was filthy and run down, with beds in the kitchen, dust even in the fridge, dirt everywhere, and cobwebs on the ceiling. The owner was rude, and charged €45 to change the sheets. After I posted my review, he contacted us on WhatsApp to say it was terrible, sad, and false. He threatened that people like us deserved to have their deposits kept, then sent another message calling us s**t. I’m thinking about filing a complaint. Dear Mr. Ivan, when talking about politeness and respect, remember what you wrote in chat and how you described us. In case you’ve forgotten, you called us “s**t” and “disrespectful people.” As for the linens, you never told us not to take them or that we had to pay for them. The closets opposite our door were open and unlocked. It makes me think you’re looking for a way to get money out of honest people who come on vacation to relax after a year of constant, hard work. Please don’t pretend otherwise. I don’t know how you clean the apartments, but ours was dusty and had cobwebs on the ceiling. We cleaned it OURSELVES. NB: We booked a two-room apartment with a double bedroom and a living area with a kitchen and sofa bed. Instead, there were two single beds in the middle of the kitchen. I hope we never see each other again, Mr. Ivan and Mrs. Karen.
