Masseria Mastrangelo

Such a beautiful place, but what really made it special was Govani, the perfect host. He took care of everything so we’d feel comfortable. Thank you, yajov. s.

The garden was lovely, with lots of spots to relax in the greenery. The property sits opposite the medieval castle and is only a few kilometers from the Cipresseta di Fontegreca. Our Family Room was spacious and bright, including the bathroom. The host was excellent, always reachable on WhatsApp. We would’ve enjoyed having breakfast in the garden, but it wasn’t available on Easter Sunday. My only disappointment was the towels and pillowcases, which seemed a bit dated and unironed for a property like this. I’d gladly return and recommend it, especially for the value. We had a very good stay.

Masseria Mastrangelo was a lovely place for a restful break. It’s surrounded by greenery, with a quiet, authentic feel that helps you unwind right away. Everything was carefully looked after, and the staff were warm and very kind. There were a few insects in the evening, as you might expect in the countryside, but they weren’t a bother. A great spot to enjoy the peace and spend time in nature.

The new rooms had all the comforts, and the outdoor space made this an ideal weekend escape. The owner, Giovanni, was impeccably kind and helpful. Set between the mountains and the castle, the property offers a peaceful break and is easy to reach.
