The owners were incredibly kind and always available to help, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. Being able to check in any time from 14:00 to 02:00 was very convenient. The place is just 120 meters from the metro/train station. The room and apartment were exceptionally clean. We knew in advance from the website that the bathroom was shared, and it stayed very clean during our visit. We had a lovely, convenient stay and would highly recommend it.
I’m sorry to write my first negative review, but I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. The room was dirty, and the shared bathroom, which hadn’t been mentioned when we booked, was in terrible shape. Even after it was cleaned, I had to clean it myself. We had to ask for shower towels and toilet paper, then wait hours to get them. The room was cleaned and the sheets changed at the end of our stay. We also asked if we could park in front of the gate and were told it was fine. Then my car window was broken and things were stolen from the car. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
