Palazzo Cristo

Our apartment had a wonderfully comfortable bed, huge windows stretching from floor to ceiling, and a bathroom that felt like a spa. Marble and wood were used throughout, with care in every detail. The staff were warm and attentive, and we left already looking forward to coming back. The Palazzo Cristo – San Marco is a new location for the most beautiful apartment in Venice, and it exceeded our expectations.

Being near shops and cafés but away from the busy Rialto and St. Marks area made the apartment quiet and peaceful. The location was really convenient, and the owners had thought of just about everything. There’s a TV tucked into the living room mirror, and the shower has great pressure. The space also has Miele appliances, including an oven, range, dishwasher and laundry machine, plus Nespresso with complimentary coffee and tea. Frette sheets and towels and David Mallet toiletries added to the comfort. It’s such a stylish, plush place that I can’t see us choosing anywhere else unless it’s booked. We were happy with everything and can’t wait to return.

Anna was incredibly efficient and helped us with everything we needed during our four nights at Palazzo Cristo. It’s easy to explore Venice from there, and the property is a welcome retreat from the busier parts of town. The accommodation is good enough to compete with Venice’s well-known high-end hotels, and I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed. Everyone has their own opinion, but Palazzo Cristo gets my vote at the moment. Just got back. Paul

Every room looks like it could be in a magazine, though the photos don’t quite capture it. The design details are spot on, and the apartment is comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s in a great location, too. We’d gladly come back one day.
