B&B Hotel Prato City Center

The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It worked very well for a manual wheelchair user. In the shower, though, grab handles like the ones by the toilet, a wall-mounted seat, another shelf for toiletries, and maybe a non-slip mat would make things easier.

We spent three nights here and were very pleased with the choice. Florence accommodation can be expensive, so the price and convenience were a good balance. The room was spotless, with quality furniture and clear attention to detail. Reception welcomed us warmly, and all three staff members we met were kind, helpful, and professional. We also looked forward to seeing the lovely older gentleman at the main entrance each time we passed. We think he may have been the security guard, and he always greeted us with a cheerful smile. We’re grateful to the whole team and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and when a small problem came up with our room, they quickly moved us and offered breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location also made exploring Prato easy, with the center nearby and good connections to other towns. I was very impressed and would happily recommend this hotel.

We were happy with our stay. The owner greeted us warmly every evening, and the staff were friendly. The building looks worn from outside, but indoors it was really clean and well put together. We got fresh towels each day, and the hotel felt very safe. Check-out was quick. We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage, and they kept it for us free of charge.
