Francesco’s help was incredible. Our car arrived at 8pm on Saturday, but a festival meant we couldn’t get through the gates into the old town. He asked the police to open them, then ran about 300 metres to show us where to park. He also gave us advice and answered our emails and calls almost right away. The apartment itself is in a perfect spot, right in the middle of the old town and close to everything. We loved sitting in its little courtyard each morning with fruit salad and coffee. Fantastic service, thanks Francesco.

Clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well located. A great place, I recommend it 150%.

The only drawback was that it got cold at night in winter. Otherwise, this was a spacious, clean, comfortable place in a central spot, in the nicest part of town. There’s a small terrace that’s handy for all sorts of things, including smoking, and a large, functional kitchen with all the amenities, even a dishwasher. Highly recommended.

The owner was really friendly and offered to show us around and point out hidden gems in the city and nearby. The apartment was clean and well cared for, central but quiet. We had a perfect stay.

The owner provided excellent service at this highly recommended apartment in central Prato, about half an hour from Florence.
