The owners are a super friendly and helpful family, and you can head out and return whenever you like with your own set of keys. We slept really well. The place is clean and spacious, with a private bathroom. It’s a ten-minute walk to the train station, then 18 minutes by train to central Florence, with a single ticket costing €2.7. That can help save on accommodation while visiting Florence. We suggest booking by phone or email to support this small business. We’d heard you couldn’t come back late at night, but that wasn’t true.

Hi, I booked a room at your hotel, but how can I get in touch? The website isn’t working, and I can’t find an email address. Please share an email so I can contact you. I’d like to discuss something.

My husband and I stayed for five nights and enjoyed it so much. Everything was very clean, and the owners are a lovely, friendly family who run the place themselves. There are hundreds of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it.

A lovely place to unwind and clear your head, with a special atmosphere and really nice people. It’s an amazing old hotel, a little slice of Bella Toscana.
