Bredina

We came for the set price lunch. The food arrived quickly and was good, though the loud radio and lack of air conditioning in the dining room made it less pleasant. Nothing particularly special.

For €15, the whole family had the fixed menu: a buffet of side dishes, plus three first courses and three main courses to choose from. The food was good, and the staff were friendly.

The day was SPECTACULAR, thanks to Arturo and Claudia, who were kind, attentive to every detail, and open to suggestions. We were very particular, but their impeccable planning covered everything we asked for, from menu changes and the outdoor aperitif to seating for our four-legged friends, arranging the tables, and storing our edible wedding favors. We got married on June 25, 2016, during the busy Christo long weekend, and held our celebration at Villa Bredina. Lunch was served in an elegant outdoor structure overlooking the garden and lake, with lovely decorations, and everyone enjoyed the food. They also arranged a boat trip to Montisola for us and our friends during that same weekend, so we could take photos and live out our dream. Villa Bredina was reserved just for us all day and night, and after the long celebration we and our friends could sleep there. We really recommend the venue. It has a lake view, a beautiful spacious garden, a red carpet entrance, flowers, good food, and helpful, courteous service.

The building looks nice from the outside, but it could be better maintained. Inside, the rooms are plain, with dated furniture, and breakfast is scant. Still, it's clean and affordable, so I'm not sure why it's rated three stars.
