The photos really don't capture how beautiful the house is. The ten of us had a wonderful week, with top-notch facilities and lovely peace and quiet, plus that view. Hanneke and Martin were friendly and available whenever we needed them. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The pool was clean and beautiful, with a magnificent view, and a real treat for relaxing. The house is nicely furnished, with comfortable rooms and private bathrooms, even shampoo was provided. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, though we couldn't find a large pot and made do with two small ones. An extension cord would help if you want to use the toaster outside. We had to improvise a little. There are several places to sit around the house, and the owners were friendly and helpful. It's close to Volterra, but finding the access can be tricky since it's somewhat hidden. Expect some driving on winding roads to reach towns like San Gimignano and Siena, or to go shopping. A lovely place for a Tuscan stay, and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vista Della Roccia. Hanneke and Martin greeted us with real enthusiasm and a delicious cheese platter on the terrace, where the panoramic view was beautiful. Our apartment was very well cared for, and we never lacked facilities or hospitality during the visit. We'd highly recommend booking breakfast too.

We made such lasting memories here with Romy, Mick, Fabienne, Sam, my parents, and of course Ollie, who sends a paw and a hug. The house and its breathtaking view were wonderful, and there was so much we enjoyed, from the homemade pastries to making pizza together and all the open, pleasant conversations. Hanneke and Martin welcomed us with prosecco and a platter of Italian treats, just like them: warm, hospitable, and always happy to chat. Their suggestions led us on lovely trips around Tuscany, including Bolgheri, San Gimignano, villages in Chianti, and Siena. The guided tour of Volterra together was the icing on the cake. A welcoming holiday home and B&B near Volterra, with a swimming pool and breathtaking views. Tuscan towns are a short drive away, and the Dutch hosts, Hanneke and Martin, are hospitable.
