We really enjoyed the meals here throughout our stay, both breakfast and dinner, and the food was outstanding. The team also takes gluten-free needs seriously and clearly understands how important they are. Communication was exceptional, even by email from the States, with quick, informative replies. The location is ideal, close to the bus stop and town square, and the accommodations are superb. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The spa is exceptional and just the thing to unwind in after a full day. We'd happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

The spa area is fantastic, and the hotel itself is very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's close to the skibus stop, and the city center and restaurants aren't far away.

My husband and I stayed here for skiing. The hotel is a little older, but our room was very clean and breakfast was good. The spa inside is beautiful and seems new, with a pleasant relaxation room too. We were very disappointed by the sauna etiquette. We like saunas and go naked, but it was uncomfortable because some people were naked and others wore swimsuits. Being naked is common in saunas everywhere, but it should be prescribed for everyone. On Saturday evening a group of Italians were very loud, which was really bothersome. I love Italy and everything Italian, but I don't think Italians are used to saunas: they wore swimsuits and acted as if they were in a café. It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy relaxing in such an amazing spa after skiing.
