The staff were warm and welcoming, and I liked the balcony and its view. The elevator is roomy, the bathroom was fine, and both breakfast and dinner were decent. The noise from neighboring rooms was a real problem, though. The internet was slow and unreliable, and some of my devices wouldn't connect. There was no kettle either. Those soundproofing and Wi-Fi issues took away a lot of comfort, so if quiet matters to you, I'd look elsewhere.

Staying in the center made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, and local sights, and the ski slopes were nearby too. The rooms had what I needed to be comfortable, and the staff were attentive. I also enjoyed the food, which featured Italian cuisine. A convenient, welcoming base for a visit to Predazzo.

I love Predazzo, and everyone else I met there was kind and polite. This is only about the bar, though: the manager was extremely rude and unpleasant. If you come to the entrance to welcome customers, try actually being welcoming. I can't comment on the hotel itself.

The owner was awful and unreliable. They cancelled our booking for 9 rooms just 8 weeks before we were due to arrive, and offered no solution.

The waitresses were very nice, but the manager asked me to pay for everything, even two bottles of water. He also falsely accused me of having gum on my floor to get more money.
