We spent three nights here in August. The neighborhood is pretty, with lots of nice restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good open buffet and everything was very clean. With a car, it takes 20-25 minutes to reach the lake. Parking there usually costs 1.80 eur/hour, though we found a free spot on a weekday. Evenings could be noisy because people stayed late at the hotel's downstairs bar, so we used earplugs. The old building has no air conditioning, and the rooms got very hot in the evening, making it hard to close the windows. The mattress was rather hard and uncomfortable. Internet was poor, and communicating with staff was a bit difficult because they didn't speak English well.

A lovely little hotel with what you need for a short stay, plus a good breakfast. I took off one star because of road noise. A lake-side room should avoid the problem, so check that if you're a light sleeper or want to leave the window open overnight.

We stopped in for coffee and found the staff really rude. They tossed things onto the table. It seems they're very short-staffed, so I hope the downward trend continues.

The views from the village were fantastic, and it was a welcome break from the busy lakefront. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. There's a nice market about 600m away. Well worth the drive up.

Friendly staff, a nice breakfast with food from local farmers, and very clean. Good value for money!
