Touring

The restaurant served delicious food made fresh, and wine lovers will find a wide selection of local wines. A staff member knew the wines well and could explain them in detail. The ski room had boot dryers and designated ski spaces, so storage was easy. I can't comment on the spa since we didn't try it, and it required a reservation. Breakfast was good, though the selection was somewhat limited and the same each morning. The rooms weren't especially spacious, but they were cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels and bed linen. We also had a lovely mountain view. The staff were fantastic and everything else was perfect. A great place to stay for a trip to Predazzo.

The sauna and jacuzzi room was excellent, and the location was perfect, with the skibus and shops close by. The rooms were a bit small, but always clean and pretty. The ski room, on the other hand, was extremely small, stuffy, and smelly. The ballroom was tiny too, with broken equipment and lights. Service felt chaotic, and some dishes never arrived. I'd rate the food 3/5⭐, mainly because of misleading dish names, quality, or portion size. Overall, the experience was 3,7/5⭐.

The central location was good. Courtesy was lacking, breakfast was poor, and cleanliness was just barely adequate.

We loved staying in the romantic centro of Predazzo. The staff were professional and friendly, and we enjoyed all sorts of things there, from meals and spacious rooms to the spa, bar, and ice cream. There's too much to list!
