We had a bad experience. The two things we liked were the kindness of the woman who looked after the accommodation and the easy trip to Venice, with the train station a 10-minute walk away. Everything else felt like the lowest-budget hostel, and the owners' behavior didn't match the quality they said they offered.

Nice bed and homemade breakfast. French and English spoken.

The hosts were attentive and caring, and gave us lots of information to help make our stay lovely. We honestly felt like family. Even with the language barrier, breakfast was a chance for a really nice, friendly chat. The location is perfect for visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Thank you, please stay just as you are. You’re simply amazing.

I’m very unhappy with the service. I want a refund and to be moved to another accommodation, because I was repeatedly refused independent access to the facility. I was treated very superficially, and after a relaxing day in Treviso I found myself outside the gate, unable to take care of the basic hygiene required by law. I don’t know where I’ll sleep and urgently need new accommodation, as I’m taking life-saving medication.
