Monica Hotel Fiera

Reception service was nice, but breakfast was pretty poor. The location is very isolated, with basically nothing around. The stay was fine, nothing special, but very expensive because of EICMA. It’s always the same story...

I felt like part of a family during my stay at the exhibition. The hotel is very professional, and I loved the warm welcome and the way the reception staff treated me. Breakfast and lunch were both enjoyable. Mr. Michel is a wonderful person and a skilled chef. Thank you very much, I’ll definitely visit again.

We only stayed one night. The exterior and reception area are beautiful, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, though, was very old and seemed poorly cared for: the bedding was dirty and the surfaces were dusty. I only had toast with Nutella for breakfast, so I can’t say much about the food itself, but the selection is very limited.

What really stayed with me was how honestly and carefully the staff handled my money. I realized after leaving that I’d forgotten it in the room, and they found it and mailed it to me without a penny missing. The rooms were also impeccably maintained, fresh, and welcoming, with spotless corners throughout. Housekeeping clearly takes great care. My experience at Monica Hotel was remarkable, and I’m grateful to the whole team. I highly recommend it for the service, honest staff, and cleanliness.
