Grem Bike Hostel

The balcony looks out over a beautiful view, and the hostel is in a really peaceful spot. Matteo and his team made us feel welcome and were ready to help whenever we needed it. We enjoyed the fresh local food at both breakfast and dinner. One of my best experiences abroad. If we're in the area again, we'll gladly come back.

I was close to sleeping in my car after getting lost, then came across this hostel and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. Mateo helped me sort out my day and messaged me hiking routes, places to see, and restaurants, so I didn't have to drive around without a clue. Breakfast was included, with fresh local products, and he even told me where they came from. He's clearly very invested in what he does. I'll be back, and I definitely recommend it. He may be closed for the next 3 weeks, so call to check first. Thanks for everything!

Matteo and the whole team were so warm and friendly, and the service was professional. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was outstanding. I still can't get over how succulent the chicken breast was, you have to try it. The terrace view across the valley during the storm, with light breaking through the clouds, was spectacular. Prices are fair, somewhere in the middle, and worth it. I started out thinking 5 stars might be too much, then changed my mind. Thanks Matteo and the girls for such great service.

I've stayed here twice now, and the care and kindness everyone gets when they walk through the door is what brings me back. The valley view, especially at sunrise, is another big part of it. Matteo knows the area well, has plenty of local contacts, and went out of his way to help with anything I needed, including suggesting some excellent trails. It's a great place for more than just bike enthusiasts. Looking forward to coming back again.
