Dinner was the highlight for me, just perfect. Breakfast had an okay range of choices, and the rooms were clean with excellent service. The bed wasn’t especially comfortable for me, though. The mini fridge prices are unreasonable, so I’d stock up at the supermarket next door, even on water. Just keep in mind the restaurant is closed on Sundays, so there’s no room service then.

I’ve been staying here every month for a year and somehow never left a review. The staff are really friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is far better than I expected. Thanks for making the end of my workdays a bit less tiring.

I was here for a wedding party, not as a hotel guest, so I can’t really judge the hotel itself. The setting is lovely, cozy and refined, but the party was disappointing. Portions were small and the food quality was questionable. They were meant to prepare special meals for two people with lactose and gluten intolerance, but didn’t. I wouldn’t suggest organizing a party here. I can only hope the hotel is better.

The pool was a decent size, with a nice bar service and music playing throughout. Our room was spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which we needed with temperatures around 38 degrees during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there were decent choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were also pretty flexible about changing orders. The location was good too, with mountain views a short walk away and the station about 15 minutes on foot. Thanks, Settecento!

The atmosphere is nice, but a few things were frustrating. The Wi-Fi was very slow and made me reconnect each time. There was no hot water kettle in the room, and breakfast was the same food every day. Restaurant and room service weren’t available because of a wedding, and guests should have been told in advance.
