The owner was very nice and accommodating, and we'd definitely book this place again if we return to San Gimignano. The apartment was cozy and spacious, close to the SP1 parking lot and the old city.

The price was good, and the location was very convenient, next to the parking and old city. The apartment was spacious, pleasant, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and nice. A very nice experience.

Giacomo was a great help, with useful recommendations for parking, restaurants, and wine tastings. The spacious room was well equipped and had all the facilities and extras we could want, in an excellent location.

We stayed with a toddler and found the apartment comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating, and there was a separate ground-floor room where we could leave a stroller. The old town is about a 10-minute walk away, and free parking is 150-200m from the apartment. You can briefly pull onto the sidewalk to unload luggage. Inside, the rooms were clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, a decent-sized bathroom, kitchen and dining area, and a laundry room with a washing machine. There’s also a dishwasher and air conditioning in each room. The U-shaped layout means there isn’t a dedicated living room, but we didn’t need one while in Tuscany.

San Gimignano itself is beautiful, with the historic centre only a few metres away. The apartment is also a great base for Florence, Pisa, Siena and the nearby villages. Excellent place, recommended!
