We were welcomed like old friends, and the owner’s kindness and useful tips about beaches, restaurants, and local experiences made our stay unforgettable. You can feel the care and love put into La Corte dei Mille. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the decor warm, blending historic character with modern comfort. The place is in the heart of Presicce’s historic center, steps from picturesque lanes, artisan shops, and authentic local restaurants. It’s one of the most charming villages in southern Italy, and staying here made us feel immersed in the magic of Salento. La Corte dei Mille is a wonderful choice for an authentic, relaxing, heartwarming stay in one of Italy’s loveliest regions. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was convenient, comfortable, and clean, just a short walk from the historic center for an espresso or dinner. Beautiful Salento scenery and places were only a short drive away. We had a very good stay at La Corte dei Mille. Thanks to Alberto for the warm welcome and for being so available!

Presicce is a great place for dinner and evenings, especially at L'Antica Pietra Filosofale. We stayed from 3-12 July 2023, two adults and two children, and found plenty of parking near the house. We went to a new beach each day. Bring your own umbrella and seat, since there are lots of good sandy public beaches everywhere. I hope Alberto will include that equipment with the rental starting next year. Alberto is a perfect host. Follow his advice and you’ll get the most out of your holiday. Don’t miss the Presicce tour at the Tourist office, either. We loved it.

We loved our stay so much that we wanted to extend the holiday. The 17th-century building is enchanting, with an ancient olive mill, and it’s right in the center of beautiful Presicce. Alberto was kind, accommodating, funny, and always had time for a chat. A big thank you, too, to lovely Anna and the other young lady, who kept our apartment spotless and were so kind.
