Tenuta de Marco

We loved having breakfast outside in the enchanting garden. There was plenty to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, jams and herbal teas. I especially appreciated that they had Nesquik for my children, since not every buffet offers it. Mauro was kind from beginning to end, and we hope to come back soon. We spent three nights here, surrounded by nature, peace and the colors of beautiful flowers. The rooms were fresh, clean and fully equipped.

The sea nearby is gorgeous, and there are plenty of well-equipped lidos as well as public beaches. The estate is clean and feels very safe, with neighbors who are super nice, as you can see in the attached photos. Mauro and Gino were incredibly kind and helpful. Gino even suggested a place to buy olive oil. The accommodation had all the necessary comforts. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied, and we adored the cakes. Tenuta de Marco is a delightful place for a summer holiday, and we'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed at the estate for three nights, and the homemade desserts at breakfast were delicious.

It was easy to explore Salento from this location, and both the property and breakfast were excellent. A few small details could have made the stay much better: the bathroom needed a bathrobe hook, soap dish, hairdryer and toothbrush cup. The double bed was two single mattresses, and a topper would have covered the gap. Disposable items at breakfast also feel out of place these days, both environmentally and in how they affect the impression of the property. They're small things individually, but together they matter.
