La Vecchia Taverna B&B

I stayed here with my two children, and we had a really lovely time. Our room was clean and tidy, with mosquito nets, a big TV, a comfortable shower, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was taken care of by a kind, attentive woman who made sure we had everything we needed. There’s a large shared balcony for breakfast or sunbathing, and a small parking area. The village is peaceful, though the Cilento attractions are about a 20-25 minute drive away, making it a good base for Agropoli or Castellabate. There’s also a very good restaurant nearby with prices below average. A jacuzzi is available on request. I recommend it 😊😊

Mia was welcome too, and we had no trouble bringing our dog along. The terrace where breakfast was served had a lovely, inviting feel, and there was a generous spread of tasty dishes to start the day. At La Vecchia Taverna, the owner and her son made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was splendid. Such a delightful stay, we’ll definitely return.

I booked this B&B for my parents, and they came home delighted. They said the owner was kind and wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Agropoli’s center is a 10-minute drive away, and the town center is also walkable. There’s a supermarket close to the B&B. Highly recommend it.

We had a Smartbox package that included dinner, and both the breakfasts and dinners were excellent and plentiful. The hosts were so attentive and welcoming, and the simple apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. We especially loved the shared terrace, with its panoramic view and chance to chat with other guests. The clear sea, lovely Cilento coast scenery just a few kilometers away, and the local food will stay with us too. Vecchia Taverna is a top-notch welcome. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back soon.
