Alessia and I had a wonderful stay and felt right at home, which was just what we needed. The owner was so kind and attentive, doing all she could to make guests feel comfortable. Our very large room was spotless and had its own bathroom. Breakfast had loads of choice, and the living room and kitchen were comfortable and practical. The B&B has a lovely, well-kept garden, and a bus stop right outside. It's also easy to access, with no architectural barriers. We'll definitely be back soon!

The owner is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with whatever guests need. She really makes you feel at home. The rooms are bright, clean, and great for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a bus stop that connects to different parts of the city. Highly recommended!

Miriam was warm and helpful, and the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with every comfort, with a private bathroom. There's a garden outside where you can unwind. The B&B is very well connected to the competition venue on Via di Brava by bus 906. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely, relaxing stay. The pastel-colored room felt soothing, and there was a patio, seating area, and little work table where I could quietly work on my laptop and the photos I'd taken in the Eternal City. The setting has valleys and ridges, with spectacular sunsets to admire. Wi-Fi was available, and I could make myself a nice coffee. For public transport, the "internal" stop is just 150 meters away. It takes four minutes to reach a central terminus about 2 km away, then the historic center is another half-hour ride. Ms. Miriam was kind and hospitable.
