The family Cordero made us feel so welcome, and we'll be back. The breakfast, prepared by a Michelin star chef, makes this a great base for exploring the Langhe. Rooms are quiet, which matters a lot to me as a tricky sleeper, and the bed was very comfortable. Ours was spacious, modern, well equipped, and furnished with a beautiful view of the hills. The marble bathroom was spacious too. A fantastic family run place, with comfy, modern accommodations and super friendly, helpful staff.

The Cordero family treated us like one of their own, and we'd happily return. We loved the thoughtful look of the hotel, the beautiful shower, and a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast from a Michelin star chef was carefully done. A stunning, comfortable little gem in the Lange area, and a great stay at this luxury boutique hotel.

Julia at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. She welcomed us and looked after us at breakfast, then managed to arrange a last minute truffle hunt with a nearby operation. It went beyond what we'd hoped for. I'd come back just for the service.

We came at the end of a 15 day holiday around Europe and only spent two nights at Dimora Cordera. We really wish we'd stayed longer. The family run business had the kind of warmth you'd hope for, and the staff were inviting. Our accommodation was spotless, attractive, and well appointed, and the fresh food was delicious. Their adjoining restaurant, Il Centro, was a highlight, with incredible food, service, and attention to detail. If you skip staying and eating here, you'll miss an important part of Italy.
