We chose this place mainly for its closeness to the port, but it really does deserve its good reviews. The rooms were clean, beautiful and comfortable, and although we’d booked an economy room, they moved us to one with a harbor view. If you’re staying more than a day, book the view, it’s lovely. The bathroom was great, and breakfast on the sun deck was included in the price. It’s an easy walk to the ferries, and there’s a decent beach right next door. I can see why this place gets such high ratings. It was very good.

I spent two nights here while exploring the island. The host was super nice, and my room had a balcony over the harbor that I loved. The ferry is only about a five-minute walk away. Definitely recommend it for the location.

The big terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast. There was Italian coffee, fruit and yogurt alongside the rest of the Italian breakfast. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a fantastic harbor-view balcony. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. We were warmly welcomed at B&B l’ISOLA DEL POSTINO and offered an upgrade to a better room with a magnificent view of the water. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and let us check in a few hours early, giving us extra time to explore. He also let us leave our luggage after checkout so we could keep seeing the island without worrying about it. He gave us a printed list of key places to visit and a map, which helped a lot. The location, comfortable rooms and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.
