The location was super convenient for getting around the island, and I appreciated having a place to leave my ebike between sightseeing trips. It was also nice to relax there during the hottest part of the day. The pool was restful, breakfast was delicious, and my room was comfortable and really nice. We heard the usual street noise from the occasional car or moped during the day, but evenings were always quiet. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and this was one of those rare places I didn't want to leave. It had a really nice energy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. When I checked in around midday, they told me my air conditioning had a problem and had already called someone to service it. The repair crew needed to replace the unit, but they had the new AC working before the day was over. I was impressed by how quickly they sorted it out, especially on one of the hottest days of the year and on a small island. Things happen, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. I was also lucky to be there for a small anniversary celebration. I got to meet some of the staff, and everyone was lovely. I’d highly recommend the hotel and really hope I can return soon.

The staff made our stay especially nice. They were incredibly friendly and helped us find and book both restaurants and beach lidos. Insula Hotel is clean, well kept, charming, and conveniently placed for reaching both sides of Procida and its beaches. We loved the pool and the bar's amazing typical local food. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette. A wonderful vacation, and we'd definitely stay here again!

We loved having the hot tub outside our suite, and the room itself was lovely. Lunch was some of the best food we had on the island. Everything was within a 20-minute walk from this central spot. The staff made us feel at home and the service was amazing. We had four fantastic nights at Insula Hotel!

The director, Emanuel, was kind and attentive, making sure I was enjoying my stay. The receptionist was also so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really good, with homemade pastries, fresh orange juice made from oranges in their garden, and a calm atmosphere. I'll definitely come back ✨

I was pampered by everyone at this luxury hotel, along with my family, and I want to compliment the whole team. As someone from the luxury hotel industry, I really appreciated the care. A big hug to Director Emanuele Picozi, who knows good manners perfectly. He spoke perfect American English after his time in LA, at the hotel where I stayed. I'll stop by to compliment his former colleagues.
