The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel has traditional decor. There’s a beautiful view from the bar. Buses make it easy to get around the rest of the island, just be sure to time them right!

We came here after Capri and really needed the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast spread was lovely, with lots of nice baked goods, and the pool on the upper level has beach views. You do have to walk about 0.4 miles to reach a public beach. Pool hours were limited to 11-8, and it would’ve been nice to swim earlier in the morning or later at night. Still, we loved the place.

The garden is gorgeous, full of flowers and with beautifully kept grass. It opens onto a patio with an incredible view of the sea and Ischia. Our room had a garden view, and the staff got us checked in quickly, even though we’d booked only an hour before. We decided to walk from the ferry, which took about 25 minutes. Dinner was within walking distance at La Pergola, which I highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious, with the freshest fruit I’ve ever had. Try the Lingua di Procida! The place, the people and the atmosphere were fantastic. I’d give it ten out of five stars for the value.
