The staff were kind and welcoming, and the gardens, pool area, and beach were beautiful. We loved going back and forth between the pool and beach, where sunbeds were reserved for guests. We also ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed it, and breakfast had a great selection. Live music every night was a nice touch. Our room was very clean with a really comfy bed, though I would've liked coffee in the room. A car is ideal for getting to Pula and sightseeing. I would've liked more watersports for guests, but we had a really fabulous time.

The resort and gardens are lovely, and having a private beach was nice. The bar that serves lunch had a good food selection, but breakfast was average. The resort restaurant is very expensive, and neither the menu nor the buffet is very good. They advertise the resort as suitable for children, yet the dinner menu doesn't cater to them. I was also disappointed that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The room was amazing and the location was great. Some staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman without glasses at reception and the gentleman with glasses at the restaurant. They were so attentive, and I want to thank them both 🙏🌸

The grounds are beautiful and there's nice access to the beach, but the facilities, quality, and service don't justify the price. This definitely doesn't feel like a four star hotel, and it's not kid-friendly for a child under two. Lunch starts at 13:00 and dinner at 20:00, inconvenient times with a small child, and the food quality is very poor. In particular, the American bar food is like a school cafeteria. Most of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help. The Maître, though, was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, yelling at a guest until good staff members stepped in. The general manager was equally unhelpful and unprofessional, and never returned calls when asked. Lower your expectations when you book.

The staff were incredible, so friendly, polite, and helpful with everything they could do to make our stay perfect. It's a stunning hotel in a great location, with an amazing beach right nearby and very good facilities. It was lovely for a family holiday. I loved this place and can't recommend it enough. Thanks to all the amazing staff, I can't wait to go back!
