Puntala Camping

We stayed for 10 days in July 2025 with our two kids and had a very nice time. The campsite was clean, including the sanitary facilities, and our spot was very close to the beach. There's a bar, restaurant, and supermarket on site. Prices were a little higher than at regular shops in Italy, but still reasonable. Cars have to stay in the outside parking area, which helped keep things calm and quiet. The beach was clean too. I even ordered something by courier, and reception was happy to collect it for me.

We've been coming back every 2-3 years and feel at home here. The seaside location in the tree park is what we love, and I've known the place since I was a child camping in a tent. For the past 10-15 years we've stayed in bungalows, especially for the beach and the spot right by the sea. But for what you pay, the quality and service feel limited. We stayed in the Club, where the bungalows are the most expensive, yet they urgently need repairs, maintenance, or replacement. The rest is average and perhaps overpriced overall.

I loved the pine forest and was struck by how many different tent pitches there are. It has me thinking I'll bring a tent next year. The bungalow was very clean, and its location, just 200 meters from the beach, was perfect. From the smart check-in and check-out to the location and services, the whole setup feels cleverly planned, with real care for people. A great place that I definitely recommend.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere is a real draw, and the respect for nature is outstanding. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the parking is tidy and conveniently close to the accommodation. I've been coming here for almost 20 years, and it still feels special, though it has changed. The beach scenery is lovely, but cleanliness could be better, there are fewer showers at the beach exits, and the bins are often full, which makes waste collection seem less of a priority. The two restaurants serve good food, though prices have climbed. The access app introduced a few years ago is also awkward to use and needs improvement. Bungalows used to include a small dish soap packet and a couple of toilet rolls, but those aren't provided now. The campsite has grown more sophisticated, but some of the natural charm and simplicity I remember has faded. It's still a lovely place to relax, and I do miss how it used to feel.
